Returns & Refunds

Every Luminarti product is made to order — printed specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect size selection. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong — we've got you.

If approved, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice. You don't need to return the item.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since your approval and nothing has shown up, reach out and we'll track it down.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges, but if you received something defective or incorrect and want a different size or style, contact us and we'll work it out.
