Our Commitment

At Luminarti, every order is printed on demand, specifically for you. We take quality seriously and stand behind our products. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right - no hassle.


Print-on-Demand & Custom Items

Because all Luminarti products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We encourage you to review the size guide on each product page carefully before placing your order.

This is standard for print-on-demand products and is consistent with consumer protection guidelines for custom-manufactured goods.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you are fully protected. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at luminarti.store@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A free replacement shipped to you
  • A full refund to your original payment method

You do not need to return the item in these cases. This keeps things simple for you and reduces unnecessary waste.


Refund Timeline

Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit (typically 3–5 business days). If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, contact us at luminarti.store@gmail.com.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item and prefer a different size or product, contact us and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.


Sale Items & Gift Cards

Refunds and replacements apply only to items purchased at regular price. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, under EU consumer protection law. The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Contact us at luminarti.store@gmail.com to initiate.

Please note: as our products are custom-manufactured on demand, we reserve the right to apply applicable exemptions under EU Directive 2011/83/EU for personalized goods where permitted.
